1.0 — First public release
- Daily readiness score computed on the iPhone from sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate and current form, always shown with its four drivers.
- Training load: training stress per session, and fitness, fatigue and form on the standard 42-day and 7-day constants.
- Weekly training plan with five training phases, an 80/20 intensity split, an 8% weekly ramp cap and a recovery week every fourth week — plus a manual editor to reschedule, swap or skip.
- Plan-to-actual matching: substituted, partial and shifted sessions are counted as training rather than marked as failures, and the block re-flows from where you actually are.
- Workout detail with laps, heart-rate zones, decoupling and route.
- Nutrition targets computed from the load you actually did, with manual food and macro logging.
- Eight home and Lock Screen widgets, three Live Activity modes and Control Center controls — all free.
- Twelve interface languages.
- Shindo Pro: the AI morning report, the AI rebuild of your week, journal read-out, meal plans, food from a photo or a sentence, correlations, readiness and form forecasts, race predictor, physiology model, and unlimited history.
